I’ve been coming to CCV for about 2 and a half years now. The owners, the coaches, and the members come together to make CCV a community. We all have different strengths and weaknesses and we help each other to achieve our goals. I have consistently grown in my time here and look forward to going to the gym no matter who the coach is because they all know what each one of us needs! We have a growth mindset and if you’re looking for a gym to help you GROW, come here!!!!

The greatest gym ever! Everyone is supportive! Coaches are outstanding! Community is fabulous! Sauna, compression boots, cold plunge too!
