Dropped in while in Bardstown for the Bourbon Trail. Great atmosphere with wonderful coaches and welcoming people! We definitely will come back the next time we are in town.
Dropped in for the 8:00am Saturday class w/ my brother. Cask Strength’s Saturday workouts are Hero WODs… always good to remember and honor our hero’s. Great workout, Tyler lead the class and everyone was welcoming. If in the area and need to drop in, I highly recommend!
