By far the best decision I ever made for my wellbeing. Was here a total of 4yrs. Loved every day of it. Met some of the most awesomely genuine folk, though I guess when you sweat through a 'hero' workout together they become more like family. Recently moved to England for work and I miss this place every day. 5:15 forever!

Lyn is simply the best. What a joy it is to work with Lyn here. I started coming here as part of my “2nd home” journey and the staff and peeps in the box are simply fantastic. This is a great little spot. Power lifting section that doesn’t interfere with the CrossFit section. Showers… times a plenty for classes in the AM. great place!
