CrossFit Casco Bay is an amazing gym. The coaches are top tier and really care about you and your experience. As someone who has never (ever) been consistent at working out on my own, (also brand new to CrossFit), I wasn't sure if I'd ever change that habit. This gym definitely helped to create a supportive environment for me to become more consistent. Joined in March and it’s been the best decision! All the coaches have been amazing teaching me the movements. Keena was great with foundations, Daija is a great coach for those 5:30pm classes to keep you going, and Michael is a great coach pushing you to finish the last set and not quit. The community at this gym is what you want when joining a new team and everyone supports you and your personal journey.
I can't say enough good things about this gym. Excellent coaching, facility, and community. You'll get a great workout every single time. I've lived in quite a few places and had memberships at many CrossFit gyms over the past 10 years, and CrossFit Casco Bay is as good as they come. Highly recommended. Come see for yourself!
I absolutely love this gym and the community that it has built! The coaches are attentive, smart, encouraging and tough in the best way. The community is supportive, fun and energizing. I couldn’t recommend this gym more!
