Joining CFCB has truly been life-changing for me. Love this gym for its great sense of community, individual attention and focus on safety. Daija, Keena and Nick are all incredible coaches; you cannot go wrong with whatever class you choose.
Member for 6 months. First CrossFit experience. Been great! Coaches are helpful in teaching the exercise and encouraging to push yourself or moderate if that's what you need that day! Would recommend.
10/10, a dynamic, encouraging, and fun environment. Coach Daija and Coach Michael can't be beat! Very welcoming to new members to their gym and people trying out CF for the first time.
Moved to the area and the community and staff here are amazing! The coaches easily adjust workouts for all ability levels. I can show-up, shut my brain off and sweat!
