I dropped in for a week and had a great experience. The classes were well organized, the coaching was clear, and the workouts kept me challenged. Everyone was friendly and welcoming, which made it easy to feel comfortable right away. It’s a great gym with a positive atmosphere.

CrossFit Carolina Beach tested my very soul and I can’t appreciate Coach Erica enough coming in for just me and encouraging that I was going to, in fact, make it through this workout. I reached out super last minute right after Christmas to drop in to one of their holiday scheduled classes and was so grateful Erica came - and then I was the only one registered for class and she stuck it out with me. I've been at CFCB for almost two years, and I absolutely love it. The coaches are amazing, the atmosphere is welcoming and encouraging, and I've made some wonderful friends. It has made my life better in so many ways. But, before starting, I was a bit of a skeptic- both of crossfit and myself. Here on vacation and dropped in a couple times! Amazing coaches, the WOD programming seems great & and the members are super friendly!!!! Will definitely be coming back when we visit again!!! Thanx CFCB for the hospitality!!!
