CrossFit Carolina Beach tested my very soul and I can’t appreciate Coach Erica enough coming in for just me and encouraging that I was going to, in fact, make it through this workout. I've been at CFCB for almost two years, and I absolutely love it. The coaches are amazing, the atmosphere is welcoming and encouraging, and I've made some wonderful friends. It has made my life better in so many ways. But, before starting, I was a bit of a skeptic- both of crossfit and myself. Here on vacation and dropped in a couple times! Amazing coaches, the WOD programming seems great & and the members are super friendly!!!! Will definitely be coming back when we visit again!!! Thanx CFCB for the hospitality!!!

Awesome box! I had the pleasure of dropping in at CFCB a few times over the course of last summer… overall GREAT experience! I really enjoyed the programming, coaching, community, hospitality, great facilities & quality equipment! Owner/coaches are knowledgeable & attentive; & members are SUPER welcoming! If you’re in the area & looking for a CF gym, CFCB is the one!
