I came here for a few drop-ins during my visit to the Wheaton area. Jason, one of the owners, was great and super hospitable. There was a really great atmosphere in the classes, and I'll definitely be returning when I'm in the area again.

As a CrossFit beginner, I remember being super nervous about joining and trying something new. Those doubts were quickly washed away as soon as I started my first workout. All the coaches are super friendly & knowledgeable. They modify the workouts for a beginner like me and also encourage me to try more weight. The members are also super friendly. A handful of them will give me tips throughout the workout. I love the atmosphere here as everyone just wants one another to succeed.
