It's definitely a workout! A gym for every fitness level, you get as much as you put in. The level of assistance determines on who is leading. Some coaches are very helpful and walk around checking form and offer advice others not as involved.
Very welcoming experience. It’s not a cult (which I thought before I started). Everyone says “hi”. Challenging workouts everyday. Many class time options. My body has thanked me for joining.
