Saw an advert on instagram and I signed up for a months trial. I nervously attended my 1st session and was warmly welcomed by a few members as I was walking in and then the session was adapted to my abilities (or lack of) and I was hooked. 1 month in I've managed to lose a few inches all over my body and almost 1 stone in weight and I feel fitter and happier. So impressed that I'm signing up for monthly membership now.

Came in for a drop-in. Nice and welcoming folks. Excellent coaching - got some good insight on RMUs. It is a huge space and very well kitted out.
