I've been a member at crossfit Cameron park for about 2 years now. I am 36 years old. I worked construction type jobs my entire life after high school with no additional fitness. That naturally was hard on my body. I had all the aces and pains associated with that lifestyle and also naturally had created muscular imbalance that were contributing to my pains.
