CrossFit Calypso is pretty great, they have many group classes and it's suitable for everyone—all ages. The coaches are fabulous and the energy in the gym is welcoming. I highly recommend to join and bring a friend.
I’ve been attending CrossFit Calypso since February of 2026. Coach Thad and the members have been super welcoming. Gym space is open and expanding and equipment is nice and well maintained. Coach Thad has some amazing programming and is very good at scaling the workouts for every fitness level. 10/10 recommend CrossFit Calypso.
I love going to Crossfit Calypso! Thad and all of the other coaches are very supportive.
