I leave this building more and more exhausted each and every day. I signed up at 31 y.o. because for a decade I’ve had a love/hate, off and on again relationship with the gym. After reflecting on why I could never convince myself to be consistent I determined it was the result of a lack of community. Love this place! Great community and trainers with lots of knowledge
CrossFit Calypso is pretty great, they have many group classes and it's suitable for everyone—all ages. The coaches are fabulous and the energy in the gym is welcoming. I highly recommend to join and bring a friend.
