Love the atmosphere, genuinely feels like a home gym with your good friends. Great workout every time. The programing is brilliant! The owner is great at responding to emails which is always great! Always look forward to my next workout.
I dropped in three days while I was on vacation in VA beach. Glad I did! I am only 4 months into my CrossFit journey so still new with a lot of skills to master. The coaches and athletes were welcoming and encouraging. The facility is fantastic and the programming was on point. I would absolutely drop in again the next time I'm in the area.
Possibly the best CrossFit in the world for a drop-in. 10/10. Whenever I’m in VA Beach, I will be buying a drop-in pass, at any price. They have all the equipment, friendly coaches, friendly athletes, and 24/7 access. Amazing!
On vacation visited for a week, I had a great time here. Thank you very much to the gym
