I’ve been a member at 5 CrossFit gyms as I moved around and my needs changed, this is by far my favorite! Amazing space and equipment, but most importantly it checks every box that I look for. Class sizes are never too big but you’re also never alone. There’s classes offered at great times morning or night, fantastic INCLUDED specialty classes like Oly Lifting, Met-con, and race fitness. Legitimately the best facility I’ve ever worked out at. The owners and gym goers all take great care of this place, and it always feels clean. Also, one of the best communities I’ve ever been a part of. Always hosting events (both CrossFit and non-CrossFit related) and everyone is super supportive. Feels very much like a judgement free zone where everybody wants to see everyone else improve. THE BEST CROSSFIT GYM IVE EVER BEEN TO! When I moved to the area last year I was searching for a CF gym; I gave Cadre a try and knew I didn’t even need to drop into other gyms around the area- I signed up the same day. The coaching is fantastic, and the members are so inclusive and welcoming. Definitely the cleanest CF gym I’ve ever been to, they take cleanliness seriously! Great gym for a drop in. They had all the equipment, great coach (Adam), and a ton of class times early and throughout the day. Would definitely drop in again when I'm here.
