I recently started here and its be a great experience so far! To start I took part in an "elementals" course to learn the basics. Since then I have been taking the CrossFit classes where everyone has been supportive, positive and welcoming. Coaches are thoughtful in their explanations of the movements, quick to answer questions, offer feedback, and ready to provide accommodations. Overall, the experience has been rewarding and I am excited to continue here!
I love CrossFit Burlington. I love the coaching, the community, the commitment to overall health and wellbeing. It’s a Burlington gem and I feel grateful to be a part of it.
I’ve been coming on and off to CFB for about 10 years, and I absolutely love it. The coaches, the environment, and the community are incredible. This isn’t a pretentious gym — it’s for real people, whether you’re a top athlete (and there are many!) or someone who enjoys a workout a few times a week. Dropped in for a Saturday morning class. I’ve been watching this gym on Instagram for a long time and was excited to finally get there. It lived up to the hype: great coach, warm Community, fun workout. I’ll be back!
