I spent 12 years at another CrossFit box in town. They were my family and I loved going there but it sold to new owners and it just was never the same. I quit for a while but missed the community and workouts. I had a friend coming to CFB so I decided to give it a try. I walked into the door at 40 years old, with a baby, and feeling really out of shape. It was hard to even jump rope. Owners Lex and Bailey, plus coaches Dion and Fred made me feel like I belonged. Came on Saturday for the free partner wod. Had a great time. Everyone was really nice and encouraging
Great CrossFit gym & coaches.
Dropped in for a couple sessions and loved the flow of the class and the coaching. Lex made us feel right at home. Looking forward to going back soon.
