The coaching is second to none. I have not only gotten in better shape, feel stronger, but also have felt like I learn so much along the way. I cannot recommend this gym more!
Great box to drop in. Dom was the coach and he was very friendly. Made me feel welcomed! Definitely would drop in again when I'm in Seattle again.
