CrossFit Brookhaven is the best place for beginners and advanced CrossFit goers. I had only done one other CrossFit class before, and my experience was great! Meg Q. was extremely helpful for us newbies and kept us motivated throughout the whole class. If you are looking for an intense workout and a community, this is the gym for you.

Word of caution: you’ll have 5 days to decide whether this is for you and if not you will be charged another month even if you cancel. In my case I struggled to schedule because of work and it took me more than 5 days to accomplish 3 visits. I was charged $365 in total for these 3 and told well you could have access for the remainder of the month. Useless obviously, if the reason for canceling is the scheduling. NOT RECOMMENDED! The no sweat meeting with Rod is a huge waste of time. The meeting is merely a conversation at the gym office that could take place virtually or over the phone. The cost is well above the quality of the gym; $185 for unlimited classes. I would have rather attend a class and then join but that was not the case. Maybe next time but for now I'll pass!!
