Amazing friendship and CrossFit family to make!!!
I started at CrossFit Brock 13 months ago at age 71. I am part of the Golden Eagles Mon-weds-fri group. That program has proven to be very successful in my quest to get my strength back and stay in good physical shape. The equipment is top of the line. The entire building is clean and is sanitized everyday. The vibe at CrossFit Brock cannot be beaten. Very family oriented and relaxed and laid-back. Everyone there supports everyone else. I will go to CrossFit Brock the rest of my life.
