I have never consistently went to a gym until my membership at CrossFitBrock. From the beginning April’s energy, knowledge and passion started my journey off well. All the trainers offer deep skill sets and authentic training personalities that are fun! Houston I have to say is my fav! Just accomplished a personal milestone and his enthusiasm and push was key. Great program and people!
