I moved out here about 3 years ago and my husband and I were in need of a new gym. To say finding CrossFit Brock was a blessing would be an understatement. I walked into CrossFit Brock in 2019 as a has-been college athlete looking for some guidance on working out after sports and what I found I never expected. I didn’t plan on finding a new way to workout, but I did. I didn’t plan on finding some of my best friends here, but I did. Don’t be afraid to check them out, it may just change your life!
We have loved this CrossFit community! I didn’t start working out or CrossFit until I was an adult, and I’ve had bad experiences with previous gyms with lack of coaching and injuries. April and all of the coaches have helped me grow stronger and helped with technique so I stopped getting hurt. And the group of people here are so encouraging, my family has made wonderful friends here. We can’t recommend CrossFit Brock enough.
