Dropping in for a few days. Wonderful facility (truly a box!), coaches, and members. I told the coaches I am only four months in and they walked me through the right way of doing functional movements. Shoutout to Summer Henderson and Boaz Berman for coaching the classes I was dropping in. They gave me plenty of feedback so I can be better at fitness. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR PUSHING ME!
