Our goal is to "Make this the best hour of your day!" Our group classes are motivational, supportive, and most of all fun! Every class is led by a coach who will walk you through the warm-up, a strength or skill session, and the workout of the day (the WOD). Best gym ever
Nice experience. Friendly people, great coaching, plenty of room, and equipment. They were flexible, laid back and accommodating. Next time I'm in town I plan to be back.
I was new today and hadn't worked out in a bit. With knee issues, he helped me do a squat that didnt hurt. He kept checking in with me to make sure I was doing good (It was hot today). He gave me options if I couldn't run. He modified the workout to meet me where I am
