Coaches are great, the environment and energy is friendly. Plus the training is fantastic
I started working out at CFB about a year ago and it’s been so amazing. The community is so welcoming and makes everyone feel strong. I can finally see myself getting stronger and fitter and I was hitting a road block before coming here. The coaches are all so knowledgeable and correct you which I love. They care a lot about you not getting injured and push you out of your comfort zone. Love this gym!
One of the best sign-ups I ever did alongside joining was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made!!! Everyone there is so friendly, motivated and encouraging… I’ve never been comfortable going to gyms but this has completely changed my mind. Thank you to Ms. Sonia for giving me this opportunity.
