Great box great people. They love drop ins and treat you like family from the jump
I dropped in several times while on vacation, and I had a great experience. The gym space was nice, coaches Casey and Rachel were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful, and the other gym-goers were also super friendly and encouraging. I will definitely be back next time I'm in the area! (Also, the door to get into the gym is in the back of the building. I missed that on my first day.)
Dropped in on vacation for a few days. Great programming, awesome coaches, and super friendly athletes. Highly recommend.
There is a great family feel in this gym. All the coaches and athletes are very supportive, which makes make Downeast CrossFit fun and comfortable place to work out. Love it!
Downeast CrossFit was an excellent experience as someone visiting from out of town. They were very welcoming and kept their gym spotless. One of the cooler gyms out there!
