What a awesome gym, Full of great people, And awesome trainers, It just does not get any better
Missy is a great coach! She offers modifications to make moves easier or more challenging, is encouraging, and pushes just enough to stretch my comfort zone.
One of the cleanest and nicest CrossFit gyms that I’ve been to. Everyone in the 6:45 class came up and talked to me. Pretty awesome workout as well!
Jessica was great at helping me with modifications and form. Her instructions were clear and she was happy, positive and motivating. I would definitely take classes with her again!
