Great coaches, great facility, better people. Can't give more than 5 stars.
I would recommend this box to anyone. Coming from someone who does not like to workout, this box has allowed me to learn about my health and fitness. I don’t feel like I have to be competitive with anyone, this is a very welcoming and non-judge mental environment unlike other gyms. The coaches are caring and help you meet your personal goals. They offer classes for busy schedules, as well as kids and teen classes. Great place all around.
Great family atmosphere that pushes you to meet goals.
The wealth of knowledge from the coaching has allowed me to work around a shoulder and back injury all while continuously improving my physical fitness. With all of the changes in the Army’s physical fitness test I feel this gym will be what puts me at the top of the grading scale. My daughter loves the CrossFit teens class as well. It has challenged her and made her realize she is capable of doing so much more than she ever thought possible.
