Love the community at this gym! Have been going there for a few months and have definitely seen improvement in my fitness level and learned a lot from coaches.
For me I wanted to get stronger! I am so happy I’ve joined crossfit Bradenton! . The coaches are so helpful and give me so much extra attention. I have learned so many new skills and I feel my body getting stronger.!! It doesn’t matter that I’m 62 years old and slower than everybody else. The gym members encourage me and they’re so friendly.!! It’s very challenging. and so rewarding! love it!!!!
Laudice, Nick and really all the coaches are upbeat, positive and professional at what they do. A great environment to train in.
Nick and Laura are amazing at what they do and they really care about helping new people come in and learn proper technique
I highly recommend this place. I worked out during vacations and I loved the place. Good equipments, clean and the coach would explain each movement of the WOD. People were friendly and I felt like home all that week. I'll be back every summer
