No matter how tired, unmotivated or stressed I'm feeling after a long day, I show up to CrossFit because I know that after class I will feel 1000 times better. We had a ninja-themed birthday party at CrossFit Bowmanville and it was amazing! Coach Brandon was incredible with the kids—super encouraging and made sure everyone felt included and successful. The space was fun, energetic, and easy to host in. We just brought the food and everything else was handled. Highly recommend!
My 8 year old son has been in the Kids Ninja Parkour program here for nearly a year now and it’s something he looks forward to every Sunday morning. Being autistic, he has struggled to find his “thing”, as his interests can be limited at times. Awesome place for a kids party!! The owners go out their way to help and teach the kids to safely use the equipment and the kids use up a lot of energy. It's brilliant!! Adults welcome to try as well.
