Amazing community at CFB! Great place to work out and make new friends
I joined CFB after moving to the area, not knowing anyone, and it has provided me with a sense of community that I haven't experienced anywhere else. I have met some of my best friends through the gym, the coaches have given me the confidence to push myself and try new things, and going there is the best part of my day!
I am 63 now, and I began training with CFB at 60. I sometimes wish I had started 10, or even 20, years earlier, but I am glad I began when I did. I hope to continue for as long as my body allows. Not only have I become more fit than I have been in years, but I have also found a nonjudgmental, welcoming community that I am truly grateful to be part of.
I'm really happy a friend introduced me to Crossfit Boston! I was fond of my old gym back home, and nervous to find a new one when I moved to Boston, but the coaches and community here are super welcoming, and I'm grateful to be a part of it.
