I’ve been a cross fitter for years but I just joined the new HYROX training club at CFBR. It’s Beautiful!!! The space is huge and clean. It has all the equipment and room needed to do killer workouts.

First HYROX class at CrossFit Born Ready and Coach Damon made it a great experience. Tough workout, but the coaching made the stations approachable even as a first-timer. Excited for the weeks ahead.

I own my own gym, and I travel all the time for work, and I can say that this is by far the coolest gym I’ve ever dropped into. The facility is amazing, has everything you could dream of as an athlete, the owner was very welcoming, and everyone in the community was super nice. The coaches are great too! Definitely drop in if you are anywhere near San Antonio.

I found CrossFit Born Ready a few years ago when I stopped in for a trial. I was impressed with how engaged the coaches were in helping me learn correct form and focused on meeting me where I was at in my fitness journey. This is not one of those hamster gyms that are so impersonal. The team and the other members quickly became friends, which was helpful when I needed a little extra encouragement with a workout.
