Such an amazing facility with even more amazing owners! My wife and I dropped in on our cross country road trip. Matt, Rebecca, and Blitz readily welcomed us into the gym where we were able to get a great workout. CrossFit Bolt is everything you could want in a CrossFit affiliate. Bolt will be the place we stop any time we are in the DFW area.
In Texas for the weekend, where the men are men and the sheep are ... ... nervous . Hitting up the Ballparks in Arlington and Houston, and maybe something fun on Saturday 🤔? lol. In the meantime, why miss a CrossFit day when you can work out at #CrossFitBOLT ?! Great gym, great Coach, great people
Dropped in to the 6am class on 5/4 and had Coach Rebecca. Phenomenal experience with her coaching, really appreciated the tidbits of advice. Programming was awesome, but I love barebell work, so I’m a touch biased. Community was great too, everyone was super welcoming and approachable. If you’re in the Coppell/ Grapevine area, I highly recommend CrossFit Bolt!
Dropped in while on the road all week, Coach Hollee was very welcoming and led a great class. The members treated me as I was a regular. Extra kudos to the owner who made sure to introduce themselves and spend a few minutes with me before class.
Such a nice gym. Did a drop in class and everyone, including the coach was very welcoming.
