I can’t say enough good things about CrossFit Bohica! It strikes the perfect balance between a welcoming, family-like environment and serious, results-driven training. After being away from CrossFit for two years, I noticed immediate improvements in both strength and cardio once I started here. Chris, Alex, Laura, Brian, and Anna are all phenomenal coaches who genuinely care about your progress. My wife and I will certainly miss this amazing community.
Attended a drop in class this weekend and coach Chris was great! Everyone was welcoming, movements were throughly explained along with demonstration of scaled movements. When I'm back in town I'll definitely be stopping by again!
We love this gym! We have two very different levels of CF fitness/experience and still able to do the same workout and feel good after. Coaches are so kind and helpful, worked with us through a whole pregnancy and now we’re still able to bring our baby to class to keep working out
I started doing CrossFit consistently a few years ago and it has honestly helped change my life, it has helped me through my sobriety, helped me lower my blood pressure, helped me better manage stressful situations….a lot of it has to do with how CrossFit Bohica is ran….the Coaches are top notch and truly invest themselves in the members of the gym.
