We love this gym! We have two very different levels of CF fitness/experience and still able to do the same workout and feel good after. Coaches are so kind and helpful, worked with us through a whole pregnancy and now we’re still able to bring our baby to class to keep working out
I started doing CrossFit consistently a few years ago and it has honestly helped change my life, it has helped me through my sobriety, helped me lower my blood pressure, helped me better manage stressful situations….a lot of it has to do with how CrossFit Bohica is ran….the Coaches are top notch and truly invest themselves in the members of the gym. Where do I begin? Amazing community, expert coaches, and a supportive environment! I've seen incredible progress since joining CrossFit Bohica. The coaches are top-notch! They take the time to explain each movement and provide personalized feedback. I've learned so much. Highly recommend!
