If you’re debating where to train, my advice is simple: pay a little more for a gym you’ll actually use. A great facility matters, but great coaches matter even more. This place has both!!
I can't say enough good things about this gym! The coaches are very knowledgable. The members are incredibly supportive of each other. One of my favorite things about this gym is how family friendly they are. They allow me to bring my kids with me. As a busy working mom, that means the absolute world to me. Not only do my kids get to see their mom working on better herself, but my kids are also building a healthy relationship with exercise. I Love CrossFit Valiance! Everyone is so friendly and welcoming, the coaches are so good at scaling movements if you need them. I love barbell club on Saturdays too! I like the 24 hr access to the gym when I can’t make it to class. I like going in the sauna after a workout and then into the massage chair. I highly recommend trying Valiance out!
I’ve been a member since they opened! Coaches are wonderful and helpful, focused on overall member health! Sauna, massage chair and other health essentials.
