I went to CrossFit Valiance as a drop in this week and had such a great experience! The coaches, the atmosphere, the well explained workouts, and the people were exceptional and inviting! I was grateful to be apart of this crew for the week and would highly suggest anyone looking for a CrossFit gym in this area, don’t hesitate to go! You’ll be well taken care of

Dropped in at CrossFit Valiance for Murph on Memorial Day and had a great experience. Jerusha and all the members were welcoming from the moment I walked in. The gym was extremely clean, organized, and well laid out with plenty of equipment. The pull-up rig had lots of space, which made a big difference during a busy Murph workout. Great atmosphere, solid community, and an excellent place to train. I’ll definitely stop back in when I’m in the area.

If you’re debating where to train, my advice is simple: pay a little more for a gym you’ll actually use. A great facility matters, but great coaches matter even more. This place has both!!
