Great CrossFit in a great location, highly recommend.
Definitely WOULD recommend! The coaching staff is AMAZING, they know how to help you be the best you. With other gyms, I never wanted to try things because I was scared of hurting myself/doing it the wrong way. With CrossFit Bloomsburg, I have coaches watching me and teaching me the correct forms. CrossFit Bloomsburg is for EVERYONE. Don't let "CrossFit" scare you. They will adjust the workouts to what you can handle and your fitness level. Love this place!! Welcoming and friendly atmosphere. The owners really take the time to make you feel comfortable and they actually take an interest in you as an athlete and as a person. The members are like a family. Highly recommend!!
