Love the vibe here. The coaches and trainers are great. There is knowledge taught here. It’s about proper form, structured workouts, goals, and everything in between.
Just tried CrossFit BLK for the first time and had a blast! Jenny, our coach, was so inviting and really helped to break down the workout of the day. The members there were great, too. It's easy to tell that everyone there is treated like family. Thank you!
