Just tried CrossFit BLK for the first time and had a blast! Jenny, our coach, was so inviting and really helped to break down the workout of the day. The members there were great, too. It's easy to tell that everyone there is treated like family. Thank you!

You may have seen this in a review before, but this is the best Crossfit gym East and West of the Mississippi...hands down! My wife and I have been a member since 2015 and it still remains the best decision we have ever made!
