I started CrossFit a year ago and it was one of the best decisions I have made! I had been through many health issues and was in bad shape. Josh and Jess are very attentive and made sure I had the proper instructions. Their professionalism is fantastic! They pay close attention, made sure I was doing the moves correctly so as not to get injured. I feel so much better and am still improving! I highly recommend joining CrossFit, Josh and Jessica Langston are the best!

It’s coming up to a year since I started my membership and due to current events; Blackridge CrossFit has proven that they are invested and committed in improving the quality of Life for their members. COVID-19 has not stoped them from maintaining and maturing their relationships with their athletes. They are driven to teach you to take control of your mental and physical health, and are very willing to train you on whatever level...so you feel capable to take yourself to the top. They never give up on your success.
