There aren’t enough words to describe the feeling of the gym. It feels so much like a family/community. It was brought into my kids’ and my life at the exact time we needed it. They love it having never tried CrossFit and I have been out of CrossFit for over a decade but being here with these people, they make you feel as if you belong right there with them.
This gym has 24/7 access that is separate from the class area which really helps if you want to do accessory work or your own workout. They have a shower available if you need to. Workout drinks, hand grips, and shirts are available for purchase. They have a turf where you can do sled work too. Coaches are very good, shoutout to Coach Ronnie with the 5-6am club though. I have been doing this for about 1.5 months. Pretty new. Coach Ronnie is helping me adjust the exercise so I can do it at my level but encouraging me to push myself to get stronger, which I am! I love his focus on stretching, fundamentals and injury prevention. He is always fun and encouraging and makes getting up at the crack of dawn worth it!
Coach Ronnie is awesome with his coaching skills. He cares about proper movement while doing the W.O.Ds, he keeps you motivated throughout the workout while challenging your body to perform, keeps you laughing and keeps you vibing to good music. I attend his 5 am class and I need everything I described above to stay motivated that early in the morning. I’m beyond thankful that my coworker spoke highly of him! Coach Ronnie, thank you!
Alecia did an awesome job with the class. She helped me scale down the exercises so that I was able to do them safely. Great class I will definitely be taking classes with her again!
