I had a lot of fun in class today. Adrian saw me right away and said introduced himself. Made me feel really welcome at the gym. He paid close attention to everything, from my shoes to the way I lift. He did an excellent job of checking in with me without hovering. That's something that really sticks out to me.
Great energy and feedback. I felt welcomed. Great way to start my first day back in about 2 years!
Ronnie was very knowledgeable and welcoming! It was my first workout at the gym and he made sure I wasn’t too lost and the workout would be challenging yet appropriate for me! I enjoyed the class and his coaching! The gym is clean and the staff as a whole are welcoming! I enjoyed that this facility is very family oriented as well with a focus in involving children!
My son had a chance to workout here and he love it. Handwork,he says but worth every minute. Will go again.
Loved my first class at Bold City Cross Fit with Ronnie. He was so informative while also being incredibly welcoming. I would say anyone could join his class and feel at ease. He also brought the perfect level of energy for a morning class , not annoying but peppy and alert! It was great. BCCF is so clean, fun, and has all the things I was looking for. Great experience , 10 stars!
