His coaching style is knowledgeable, encouraging, and focused on helping you succeed. The gym overall is family oriented and focuses on growing your goals! Very clean and thoughtful facility, coaches, and owners!

Great gym. Awesome people. Did the VDM Crossfit competition there and was really impressed with the organization and people.
