I’ve been coming to Guava since 2019, and it has truly changed my life, both physically and mentally. The owners’ passion for CrossFit shows in everything they do: from the programming, to the way they treat their athletes, to how much they care about building a strong and united community inside and outside the gym. They’ve also done an amazing job finding the best solutions to every challenge they’ve faced as owners. I love the atmosphere. It’s competitive, but still friendly and supportive. This place feels like home
Coaches ares really attentive and help you throughout everything. They are all super welcoming and make you feel comfortable to ask any questions. Not only coaches but the community is awesome and will always have your back, even if your new PR is 2.5lbs💪🏼 love been part of the tree 🫶🏼
Great gym! New location is very spacious with lots of room for activities 😄. Programming is challenging for experienced cross fitters, but also easily scalable for beginners. Coaches are very knowledgable and friendly. Highly recommend!
