I joined CFB a little over 6 months ago after years of HIIT training. While I love group classes and the convenience of a 45 minute workout I had grown complacent and wanted more. I’ve been to a few CrossFit places over the years, but there is nowhere I’ve felt like I fit in or am really welcome. Beyond is just that — BEYOND all my expectations. These are the kindest, funniest, most helpful and supportive individuals you could ever hope to meet at a gym for something that has the reputation of being intimidating. I genuinely look forward to waking up at 5am to a carry a log up and down the road or do terrible pull-ups. It’s always fun. Love this place.

I was so unsure about crossfit, having to modify things i was afraid of being judged. I couldn't be more wrong, I couldn't be happier coming to morning workouts, friday night lights, I look forward to seeing everyone and the coaches are fabulous working with anyone and their skill level.
