CFB is the best gym I’ve been to in the area (and outside the area!). All the coaches are knowledgeable, encouraging, and energetic. Whether you’re here as a first time gym goer like I was, new to the area, or just looking for stability and direction in your fitness journey, CFB coaches and members will make you feel at home from the first day on. Cannot recommend it enough.
I recently had to leave this box due to moving away and will miss it. The coaches are excellent and knowledgeable. As an LGBTQ+ person, I felt super comfortable, and as a parent, the box offered a good variety of classes to fit my schedule. If I end up back in the area, I will definitely be back. Check it out if you are thinking of joining a gym.
If you want to train with the best ..then Crossfit Beyond is the only place for you. It's more than just s gym it's a family!

Great Experience. Coaches are great. They are passionate about what they are doing. Facility is nice and clean. Great workouts.
