My life is changing for the best
Very positive environment with a great community feeling. All the workouts are scaled to cater each individual needs and skill levels. Always leave every workout feeling healthier and stronger, and that I have learned something new to hone my techniques to be efficient and safe while exercising!
Working with Jared and Paulina has changed my entire outlook on exercise and nutrition. At 58 I was really doubtful I could do anything CrossFit related, but their expertise in scaling the workouts to my ability and pushing me to limits I never thought I could achieve have made a huge impact in my overall health. I’m down 20 lbs, off daily medication, gained strength and am able to identify healthy lifestyle changes as well as potential unhealthy traps. 100% recommend CrossFit Best Life !
