This place is phenomenal! The expertise of the coaches, and seeing how much they care stands out beyond any gym I've ever been too. CrossFit can be very intimidating to people who have never experienced it. However, it's literally for everyone. Everyone trains at their own personal level. That's the beauty of it! The culture is the best I have ever seen.. EVERYONE fits in! I look forward to many more years! Darin and Alex are simply the BEST!!!
Dropped into class on the weekend. The owner was very sweet and kind. I started to have knee pain and the workout had a lot of lower body so I was going to leave. She gave me alternatives moments and talked me through them. She loves what she does and those kind of people are who you want to learn from and be around. Highly recommended!
I used to be a member in 2018 and I've recently joined again because I need to take charge of my health. I'm exhausted but a good exhausted. I have energy and I'm pushing myself to get my strength back. Darrin, does not push you if you cannot do it. He simply suggest another way to do the exercises that would be comfortable to you with less stress. I'll stick with it this time. Come on down and get in shape.
