CrossFit Bear Down is a beautiful facility but more importantly, it is run by an amazing human! Coach Calin is the best coach I have ever experienced. She loves people and is insanely skilled. The programming is top notch, and the open gym availability is super helpful for people with busy schedules. Grateful I found Bear Down! Love the community.

Really great gym, coaches, and classes. I've been coming for almost a year now Every day the workouts are completely different, it's never boring. I've gotten much fitter here at CrossFit Bear Down than when I was running and lifting on my own. Working out with others in class really helps push you further than when you're at the gym by yourself.
