CrossFit Bear has such an incredible community! From the moment you walk in, everyone is so warm and welcoming — it truly feels like a family. The coaches are excellent — knowledgeable, encouraging, and always paying attention to form and progress. Every class leaves me feeling stronger and more confident. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a supportive, motivating environment to reach their fitness goals!
Home and away from home. Anytime I’m in Delaware, this is one of my first stops. Great people, great community, and great gym. Highly recommended.
Great place and amazing people
I’ve been going to CrossFit Bear for a little over 6 months now, which is about 5 months and 29 days longer than I thought I’d last. As someone who usually prefers solo workouts (shoutout to social anxiety), I was super intimidated by the idea of CrossFit. But the coaches here are the real MVPs—kind, supportive, and magically able to correct my form without making me feel like I’m being judged on national television. Nice cozy family, 7 years of crossfit and the most important things for me are no drama, nice people and gym accessibility and hospitality to do your own thing when needed, and all of those are greatly met at CrossFit Bear! And Mel is the best, such a great owner and human being :)
