Great box, community, and owner! Dropped in to do a WOD in honor of our friend. Everyone was really welcoming, and I definitely will be back when in town. I loved that they have a big selection on protein.
Our kids have enjoyed the Crossfit CRUSH kids program! It's a great option to consider as a supplement to other sports - or as a standalone activity to build strength and endurance. 5 stars!
