I’ve been at CFB for 4 years now. I came in as a masters athlete wondering if I could transition from fast to strong. YES. It happened. And it continues to happen. This gym has an incredible coaching staff (Hey Lauren & Craig 🙌) and a dedicated/supportive community with flexible class times. My daughter has also taken the kids & teens classes and I can’t recommend it enough for any kid involved in sports. I have been a member of CFB for 3 years and I highly recommend it! The community is supportive, and the workouts are challenging and can be modified to meet you where you are. The coaches are very knowledgeable and really care about each member. Also, there are so many class times offered - I love that I can always fit it into my schedule. Give it a try!
3-Year Update: Just got into the 1000+ club and still love it. The biggest change is that now they offer nutrition coaching too! All the coaches are still amazing but Lauren is my fave! Great Coaches and Space. I love that the coaches are constantly watching my form and correct/guide me as needed. There are also so many other little fun things. Every year they do a member appreciation week with raffles and Bingo! Highly recommend
Such a wonderful community of people striving for health. I can not recommend CrossFit Barrington enough! I tried a class more than 8 years ago and haven’t looked back. I’ve met the best people here. The coaches are amazing insuring we are doing everything right!!
