I joined CrossFit Barrington early January and it has been exactly what I needed. The coaches, the classes and the people are all amazing. I would highly recommend to anyone thinking about trying something new. Come on out and give it a try…..you will not be disappointed.
The coaches are incredibly knowledgeable, approachable, and truly care about each member’s progress. The gym has a great atmosphere—supportive, friendly, and motivating. It is a place where it will push your limits while being in a fun, and supportive community! I highly recommend it!
I have been a member of CFB for 6 years. The workouts are constantly varied and scalable which means I never get bored! The community Craig and staff have built are unmatched. From group fitness classes, nutrition coaching, kids and teens programs they offer it all. Thank you for making CFB the best second home I could ever ask for!
CFB is made up of an amazing community of members and coaches. Welcoming atmosphere and challenging workouts for any level of fitness. Wouldn’t start my day any other way!
