CrossFit Bangarang is a whiz-bang-pow of a CrossFit gym. The owner and coaches willingly took me in for a weekend to perform semifinal online workouts. There was never a day that I felt unwelcomed; the coaches were helpful and the members present were kind and friendly. Stopped by for a drop-in. Great looking gym. Clean equipment, friendly atmosphere, and good size. Excellent coaching. Will return in future visits, highly recommend.
