Cross Fit Ballwin is great for anyone no matter your fitness or experience level. Workouts are personalized based on ability, and the coaches are great assisting the newbies. I appreciate the emphasis on form and the friendly environment. I would highly recommend to anyone looking to improve their health and longevity.

I found this gym on Google doing a search not even knowing what I wanted to find. I set up a first time meeting with the owner to assess where I was in my fitness goals. She assured me that even though I was absolutely a beginner at working out, they would help me get where I want to be. I’m now two months into it and they definitely delivered on that promise. I was really nervous when I first started Crossfit, but the environment at Crossfit Ballwin has helped me feel welcomed and safe to give it my all.
