I love Baile so much! Its much more than just a gym- the community is unmatched
I’ve been to several other CrossFit/Functional fitness gyms over the years. I have never gotten the level of instruction at any other gym like they provide at Baile. I’ve avoided CrossFit because of this, at Baile the way in which they teach is exceptional. I’m hooked!
Such a great community here, with good folks that make you feel welcome in their gym/box! The coaches are always motivating and encouraging!! I also really enjoy the programming! Highly recommend!!
