If you're new to CrossFit like I was and on the fence about joining, take the leap. I promise you have little to lose. The coaches are outstanding, the community is welcoming, and the programming is designed for all body types and experience levels. My only regret is not walking in sooner. CFB fosters a family-like environment that really benefits those who want personalized attention.

I was initially hesitant to try CrossFit, but I'm so glad I walked into CrossFit Bacon and gave it a shot. The coaches here are not only super friendly and welcoming, but they genuinely care about your goals and work with you to achieve them. Thanks to this gym, my body has changed for the better. What started as fear has now turned into an addiction! If you're looking for top-tier barbell training and coaching, I highly recommend this place. Come to CrossFit Bacon—you won't regret it!

The best out of town CrossFit drop in experience ever! With the best affiliate name! And it was all because of Gino! I am smiling from ear to ear from an awesome workout and untouchable hospitality! In town or out of town this place is where y’all need to be! CrossFit Bacon!!!

Working with coach Gino has been amazing. He truly invests in his clients and want them to perform at their best. I've been a member at crossfit bacon since September after taking a hiatus for 4 years. I've gotten stronger and improved my lifts, made great friends and its an amazing atmosphere!
