I struggled to find a gym and routine that worked for me until I found CrossFit Backland. After speaking with Rich and the other coaches, I gave it a try, and now entering my third month, I couldn’t be happier. The coaches and community are incredibly supportive and meet you where you are, helping you safely build toward your goals. My only complaint is that I wish I had started sooner! Highly recommend this gym and its amazing coaching staff.
CrossFit Backland is the premier fitness community in this area. The coaching and programming are second to none. Very welcoming and inclusive group. Anyone can do these workouts! I highly recommend this place!

A month ago, I started doing cross fit and have been coming to CrossFit Backland. I can’t say enough great things about this gym. The Backland instructors I have met (Rich, Wilson, Trisha, Wes, Brittany, etc.) have been incredibly helpful, friendly/welcoming, knowledgeable, and patient with me as a beginner/newcomer.
