From the moment you walk into CrossFit Backland, you immediately notice the strong community, supportive environment, and high-intensity workout challenges. The staff and members are friendly and helpful, making it incredibly welcoming for beginners. As someone completely new to CrossFit, the atmosphere instantly made me feel at home and inspired me to join. Now, as I approach my eighth week, I cannot recommend this place enough!
Gym atmosphere is wonderful. Not only that but all the coaches staff and the owners Jesse and Tyler really do a great job. This isn’t just a regular CrossFit gym it’s like my favorite place to be on a weekday after a long day at work or even a weekend just to have a fun time. I did a drop in on a recent trip to the area. What a great experience. Everyone was super welcoming and friendly. The class opened with a question of the day, then group warm up, and a partner workout. The workout was great and I spent time chatting with members afterward. I highly recommend. Jess has built a great welcoming community atmosphere.
CrossFit Backlands took a couch potato and turned into an athlete in 2 months. The coaching staff is incredible. Extremely helpful to someone new into CrossFit
