I dropped in while visiting family in the area. Staff and athletes were very friendly. The coach was very knowledgeable and asked about my crossfit back ground. Felt he was genuinely interested not just figuring out my ability. Dropping in can be a bit intimidating and especially when it is a partner WOD. My partner was great. Very kind and motivating. I will be back the next time I am in town, and recommended the gym to my family. Thank you for a great experience.
I was recently visiting a relative in Tulsa. Prior to visiting I reached out to CrossFit BA. Brian replied and welcomed me to join them for a week. I was very grateful for being able to keep up my workout routine. I was treated like one of them. I highly recommend CrossFit BA. Thank you all.
Great gym! Good variety of skill levels and coaches. Smaller than other crossfit places but you don't feel like you're missing out one bit.
