Loved being able to visit this gym. I dropped in with my 10 yr old and we were welcomed as if we are regulars. The class was great! Maria was absolutely the best coach and helped my son feel good about his front squats and thrusters. Plus, she coached him through his first time a at hang power snatches. Definitely will come back when we visit Suwanee!
This gym is very clean and well maintained. The coaches are friendly and inviting. The community welcomed me in. Plenty of equipment and space to workout. Loved this gym!
Currently looking for new CrossFit home. Tried out this gym. Very large space with lots of equipment. The gym is clean and members are kind and encouraging.
The owners embody the word “FAMILY” this gym is like no other. State of the art equipment with even better people !!!!
Highly recommend!! Lovely and very clean facility with all the equipment you could ever need and, honestly, even better people. All fitness levels are welcome and accommodated. And the class schedule and open gym is great too! Owners are at the gym daily - coaching, building community, and addressing everyone's needs.
