I enjoyed going to the classes here, and they were always challenging, well-coached, and accessible. However, the programming seemed completely random and I think I lost strength over the time I went there. I'm now just doing normal gym sessions and making progress again. Also there is the weird crossfit stuff like doing complex olympic lifts as a conditioning exercise, which doesn't make much sense to me. Did a drop in March 2023. I learned a lot from Declan’s great coaching. Always room to learn and improve. It was fun working out with a great group of people in the UK. I’m very happy I was able to attend. As someone from the US doing a dropping in, the ability to sign the waiver and payment was difficult. Best to bring cash.
Great place to workout, great coaches and all the kit you need for a cross fit workout
I used to attend this gym years ago and it was great however unfortunately I’ve been seriously unimpressed lately as we have received zero communication after our intro session was cancelled at the last minute. Texts, calls, emails and literally no response. Really disappointing and shows a disregard for new joiners and customer service…such a shame!
