Mes enfants ont fait un essai du programme Crossfit pour enfants. Les coachs étaient attentionnés et sympathiques, belle énergie de groupe, belle diversité de mouvements. Nous allons définitivement les inscrire! 😀
It’s been 3 weeks and so far so good!!!! I was looking for a place close to home and this works out perfectly for me. The coaches are all great, very motivating and helpful. They pay attention and help you be your best self. The place is very clean and organized. The people have been great. Seems to have a great sens of community. I look forward to keep coming here.
